Are You in Need of Energy? Then Read This!

I really dislike starting the day feeling all tired and sluggish.  Sometimes, even after getting a full night's rest I feel as though I'm not ready to start off the day.

Luckily, I was able to review the book Get Energy: Empower Your Body, Love Your Life by Denise Austin.  This book focuses on what you can do to bring and improve your energy levels, regardless of your age.  The good thing is that this book focuses on making lifestyle changes as opposed to doing temporary changes.

By far, my favorite part of the book is the five-minute stretching and breathing routines for a quick energy-boost section.  It's incredible how much better and energized you can feel by just performing a set of specific stretches during the day.  After having tried the stretches, I can say that they have definitely changed my overall mood.  The morning stretches help me start off the day better... happy mommy equals happy baby!  The night-time stretches help me get a better sleep because I get to unwind and relax before officially shutting my eyes.

The book is a very simple read; I was able to finish it in a couple of days by reading at bedtime.  The other good thing about it is that you can just keep going back to reference it because everything is so well organized.   This book doesn't present any gimmicks or fads;  all it does is give reasonable sound advice.  The truth is that with today's hectic lifestyles we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves and then wonder why are we so tired and worn out. This book reminds us that it's ok to take a couple of minutes for ourselves each day because these little changes can make for great, big, positive changes in our lives.

                                                                                          I have officially said goodbye to liquid softeners and fully embraced this new product!  It's very easy to use; all you do is add the crystals directly to the drum of the washer before you start the wash.  Afterward, all of your laundry ends up smelling so good for several days after having washed the  clothes.                                             

Like I said, easy to use!  Now I don't have to worry about the liquid softener buildup in the softener canal.  When I visit my mom, I don't have to time the machine so I can get there in time to put in the softener because like I said everything gets added before you start up the machine.

Wholly !!!

 My husband and I love to snack on savory things, but often it is difficult to find  snacks that will live up to our expectations in regards to flavor, quality and nutritional value.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was sent a package from Fresherized Foods, which I found on my doorstep when I got back from vacation.

I was even more surprised when I tried out the products that came in the package. 

This has got to be the best guacamole that I have ever tried!  I am not kidding you when I say that it tastes like someone just made it from scratch in their kitchen.  It has a subtle hint of garlic and tastes so fresh.  We ate ours with chips, while a friend of my husband was in town to catch a game with my hubby. 

My husband loved this guacamole so much that the week after we had finished up our 2-7 oz packages of Wholly Guacamole he went out and bought a pack. That's how good it was!

This Wholly Queso Dip is unlike any other I've tasted.  It is not only made out of cheese, but it also has bits and pieces of vegetables.  I love the texture; it's very light but packed with a lot of fresh taste!

My husband's friend thought this was home-made salsa because it was lightly chunky and had such a great fresh taste.  He should know because he grows vegetables and happens to make his own salsa.
