It's very important to drink water in order to keep hydrated, help flush toxins out of the body, help the texture of your skin and basically help maintain your overall health. Because of this, everywhere I turn I see people carrying carrying disposable water plastic bottles. Although in doing so you are reaping the benefits of drinking water, but at the same time you are doing a disservice to the environment.

The color is bright and fun, plus I'm a sucker for anything with stars so this bottle was totally meant for me!  Along with the bottle I got a cool shoulder strap that you attach to the top of the bottle. The strap has come in so handy because I go to the gym and when I go hit the weight machines I just cross the strap over my shoulder and this way don't have to worry about leaving my bottle in random places.The strap also comes with a  large carabiner which I can attach to my son's diaper bag or my travel bag and this way take my bottle everywhere without fear of losing it.

These bottles are not only cool looking, but also help the environment because every time I fill up my bottle with water it means one less disposable bottle that I don't have to purchase or use.
