I’m spending the summer in New England and this area in particular doesn’t get too hot, at least for my taste (I was born and raised in the Caribbean). I thought the outfit would work well but I had to 86 the scarf as soon as we got out of the car.
My mother-in-law got me this dress the day before yesterday. It’s from Ann Taylor Loft. I like the ruffle on the bottom, the cute detailing on the back (forgot to take a picture) and the empire waist. It also comes in fuchsia and heather gray.
I got this vest from The Gap 2 weeks ago. I’d been wanting one so bad but couldn’t get my hands on any I liked. I like the look and feel to it; I’d say it’s sort of has an ‘80s vibe to it. As of lately, this is my favorite piece of clothing. I wear it as much as I can.
I love the vibrant lime green color of this scarf. It’s a great if you want to add a pop of color to your outfit.
