Always Around Boys: Light Summer Fare

This is what my family and I had for dinner tonight.

Chicken (marinated in white wine and spices/grilled on the bbq)

Bed of mixed greens and spinach along with cherry tomatoes, freshly picked strawberries, glazed walnuts and blue cheese

I accompanied my salad with a bit of this Smoked Tomato Vinaigrette that we picked up yesterday afternoon at a local farmer’s market.

What do you like to eat during the summer?
