So Easy Toddler Food Cookbook: Review & Giveaway {CLOSED}

As of lately my 20 month old toddler has become a little bit of a picky eater. Of course, I worry about him not receiving enough nutrients.  Like any parent, I want to make sure that he develops healthy eating habits.  That's why I jumped at the chance to review So Easy Toddler Food: Survival Tips & Simple Recipes for the Toddler Years.

The book is a simple read and has beautiful colored illustrations.  My son actually thought it was one of his books, so he sat down with it to look at the pictures.  The recipe section is divided by colors, so it's easy to find the recipes in each category.  Each recipe, besides including the ingredients and directions, also includes the nutrition facts and it tells you how many toddler or adult servings you get per recipe.

This is what my Macaroni with Ham and Peas looked like!  Before this, I had never made my own cheese sauce, but it was extremely easy.  The end result was so good!  One of the other recipes that I've tried was the Tuna Casserole which was also a big hit.

I really enjoy following the recipes from the book because, besides being easy to follow, it has brought more variety to our meals.  The dishes are great for both the kids and the adults.
