Chloraseptic to the Rescue: Review & Giveaway

Any one who has kids, is a teacher or both knows how all the talking and being involved with children can wreak havoc on your throat.  I for one loathe having a sore throat.  You get an an overall sense of uncomfortableness and you can't eat or swallow.

For this type of thing, Chloraseptic® has always been a brand I've trusted!  I've been using this brand for years and I really like their over the counter products.

Both the spray and lozenges help sooth my throat and  help relieve early on symptoms.  Between both, I would have to say that my favorite are the lozenges {citrus & green tea} because you can carry them with you anywhere, but make sure not to mistake them for candy because the flavor is so good. I love the cooling mentholated sensation that overcomes your mouth when you pop in a Chloraseptic lozenge; especially when you breath in with your mouth open-your mouth just feels refreshed and cold all over.

Chloraseptic lozenges and sprays are the type of product that I always like to have in handy in my bathroom cabinet.  It's a product that almost every member in the family will undoubtedly need at some point or other.

  •  The Chloraseptic® sprays come in flavors such as Cherry, Menthol and Citrus in a 6.0 oz bottle.
  • Chloraseptic® Sore Throat Lozenges have a solid shell and a soothing liquid center containing benzocaine and menthol.
  • The lozenges are available in Cherry, Citrus, Honey Lemon and Green Tea, as well as a diabetic-friendly, sugar-free formula and a maximum strength Wild Berries flavor.

2011 Chloraseptic Survey on Sore Throats
{TABS Group, an independent consumer analytics company}

  • Sixty-five percent of respondents listed dry air as the top reason for activity-based sore throats.
  • People under 30 are over 80% more likely to have sore throat pain caused by too much partying.
  • Dehydration was cited by 18% of respondents as another top cause
  • So instead of rushing to the doctor for antibiotics thinking your sore throat is due to an illness, the new study suggests that some sore throats can be treated with at-home remedies such as staying hydrated, using a dehumidifier or having Chloraseptic® lozenges.

One {1}Always Around Boys reader will win one {1} pack of lozenges and one {1} bottle of spray, courtesy of Chloraseptic.
